Ever since the MWC came to Barcelona, Ovation has been the official provider of Transportation for Ericsson, and we are happy to inform you that we will be able to assist you for the MWC 2025 with the following service.
We offer the possibility to book a car/van for you or your team for the duration of the MWC. In this way you have the same dedicated English-speaking driver and vehicle at your service on a daily basis, with a minimum of 4 days service and 12h per day. Any itinerary information, last minute change or transfer query can be dealt directly with the driver by the individual members or by the assigned responsible, always ensuring service.
NOTE It will only be possible to use by Ericsson employees.
This cannot be offered to our customers.
This service includes:
- A dedicated English-speaking driver during the whole duration of the service.
- A 24-hour emergency number in case of emergencies that affect the service.
- Access to the Ericsson Pick-up and Drop-off zone behind hall 2 of the Fira allowing easy access to the Ericsson booth.
- Car service including water bottles during the transfers, daily disinfection of the vehicle and hand gel.
Optionally Ovation can provide dedicated transportation coordinator to handle itinerary/agenda management in case needed. Please consult us so we can provide a tailor-made solution depending upon the need.
